Overview

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on maigrc.com, which is operated by Yassin Matan. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Products

We sell print and electronic editions of Mastering AI GRC, the AI GRC Primer and AI GRC Interview Questions & Answers, and the AI GRC End-to-End Risk Map poster. Product images are for illustration, and colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

Orders

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Shipping

Physical items ship to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered to the carrier.

Digital products

eBook editions are licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell or redistribute digital files.

Returns and refunds

If a printed book or poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund. Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are not refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.

All books, the poster and the content on this website are protected by copyright and belong to Yassin Matan. No part may be reproduced without written permission, except as permitted by law.
